Wonderful hotel and amazing staff!

Beautiful, private beach, view from bungalows, decor. Breakfast was delicious. Staff are wonderful. Extremity welcoming. They have thought of pretty much everything.

Food / drinks are considerably more than other high end restaurants / bars in koh samui. But quality and service is excellent.

Everything was amazing. Impeccable service, a lot of care put into every detail, everything is of high quality. We had the best time.

Nothing. We had a slight issue with spa bookings, which as a sensitive person I found a little upsetting; as the hotel thought we’d missed our appointment but we hadn’t booked for that day. Most of the team handled it really well but one member of staff was quite stern about it, which was upsetting as we hadn’t done anything wrong. I expect more from such a prestigious company.

This is easily the nicest resort I’ve ever stayed at and we’ve been twice now. The team there are really the kindest people in the hospitality business.

The villa was very nice, the layout was very cozy and comfortable, great views. The hotel staff were absolutely fantastic, very helpful and would constantly go above and beyond to make sure we had a good time.

The beds were meant for people shorter than 6 feet, not bad but can be updated to be more comfortable for taller guests.

The Food did not impress -- I have never eaten worse Gnochi in my life. But cocktails were wonderful and the resort gave me a cake on my birthday.

The farm was run down and needs some TLC

The Belmond Napasai Koh Samui Staff were amazing! Thank you very much for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. The drivers who picked/dropped us off at the airport, and took us to various destinations were all professional and courteous. My wife and I really appreciate the unpretentious hospitality the front desk personnel showed us. Algen and Ann made sure our needs were always taken care of. The staff at the restaurant esp. Aoy and Nit were equally warm and attentive. Khun Lek was always there to make sure we always have what we needed. We wish our stay was longer, but we will be back! Thank you everyone!!

It would be great to have a seating area inside the villa. A bidet would be a nice addition. The shower head could be extended further out from the wall.

Everything was just perfect. The resort was empty due to Covid-19 travel restrictions but nevertheless all facilities were operating as usual and the friendly staff took care of anything we would need. We booked a one bedroom beachfront villa for a special occasion and it was amazing. Wide choice of breakfast options served in the room free of charge.

The choices on the dinner menu were a bit limited. Could consider to offer the dishes that were on the lunch menu as well.

Nothing, oh except it rained one day!!

Fantastic hotel with a location that is unbeatable. The secluded fabulous private beach is surrounded by lush gardens and palm trees, and if you don’t like the sea you can enjoy the large infinity pool. The beach staff were really friendly and service minded, and made our lazy days in the sun perfect. There are SUP, kayaks and other options for water activities, and you can take the bicycles and do several classes throughout the week that are complimentary, such as yoga. And of course the spa is not a bad place to spend some time. We experienced all staff as warm, welcoming, friendly, very service minded and personable. The villa was very comfortable and had a great view of the ocean, and felt private. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay. We were here for total relaxation which I think is what this hotel is perfect for. You have to travel 15 mins by car to the nearest town for more of a buz and restaurants, but that didn’t bother us. We loved our stay and were sad to leave this piece of paradise!

The restaurants at the hotel are good enough, however they are overpriced for what you get. I would argue the food and menus are not 5 star quality, and we did expect more of a Belmond hotel as we have stayed at other Belmond hotels previously. I see others have commented that the rooms are in need of refurbishment. I can agree that they are slightly outdated for a Belmond hotel, however the overall impression and feel of the hotel made up for that and the villa was super comfortable and private.

The accommodation was fabulous. The 3 bedroom pool villa was so spacious. Great communal areas and pool with a breathtaking view. Bedrooms very comfortable. It felt like our own traditional Thai home away from home. Very much value for money! Our family of 5 had a superb time at the Belmont Napasai.

There were a lot of steps between the rooms so you had to make sure you didn’t forget anything in your room.

Beautiful surroundings, great beach and amenities, villas are very comfortable

The biggest drawback of the hotel is that it could be renovated. Especially the bathrooms in the villas and the bathroom on the beach should be reconstructed- its design resembles an Italian vacation in the early 90s, but come in it’s Belmond! Most of the staff were either lost or not very friendly, they behaved as if they did not like the guests, especially during breakfast. Breakfast was also modest. This was not our first time in Belmond, but here the quality of service was the worst.
